How long does production & delivery take? 

Check processing times for each product before checkout, some items take much longer than others.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation with a tracking number. For custom orders, we gonna send you a preview for design before laser cutting for your approval. Production starts once you confirm.

Can I request customization (names, dates, sizes)?

Absolutely! Send us your photo or idea on WhatsApp, and we’ll suggest the best size & details. Prices vary depending on size and style.

What if I receive a damaged item?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the packaging & item within 24 hours of delivery and contact us on WhatsApp. We’ll replace it immediately. Our packaging is strong, but we guarantee quick support if any issues happen.

What’s your cancellation/return policy for custom orders?

Since items are custom-made, cancellations are possible only before you approve the preview. Once laser cutting begins, cancellations aren’t possible – though we can sometimes adjust depending on feasibility.
